In collaboration with Saratoga Polo Catering and Events, this year the Grand Reception preceding dinner will feature several guest chefs that include the talents of David Britton of Springwater Bistro in New York; Hubert Des Marais of the Four Seasons in Palm Beach,Kirk Avondoglio, Perona Farms, NJ, Stephen Topper from Saratoga Polo, Suzanne Tracht of Jar Restaurant and Warren Drew of the Lancaster Country Club.
They will be creating edible delights they like to call “mingling cuisine” at various stations throughout the exhibit area of the Museum and each table will have sponsorship opportunities which will include signage, a table for 10 at the dinner and verbal recognition at the dinner.
