On Friday, February 16th, 2007 the Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame will hold its 18th annual gala to salute the following new inductees to the Polo Hall of Fame:

In collaboration with Saratoga Polo Catering and Events, this year the Grand Reception preceding dinner will feature several guest chefs that include the talents of David Britton of Springwater Bistro in New York; Robert Irvine of Food Network, Hubert Des Marais of the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, Kirk Avondoglio, Perona Farms, NJ, Stephen Topper from Saratoga Polo, Suzanne Tracht of Jar Restaurant in Los Angeles, and Warren Drew of Lancaster Country Club. They will be creating edible delights they like to call “mingling cuisine” at various stations throughout the exhibit area of the Museum and each table will have sponsorship opportunities which will include signage, a table for 10 at the dinner and verbal recognition at the dinner.
"The Grand Reception featuring champagne, cocktails and guest chefs preparing "mingling cuisine" while browsing the silent auction items will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner, the awards ceremony and dancing.
Everyone is invited to attend - $200.00/$150 Jr. (35 and under), Black tie, of course.
