Jim Rossi, Managing Partner
Jim Rossi is a business and marketing strategist who has demonstrated success in the design, development, implementation and management of integrated marketing programs. Some noteworthy accomplishments include participation in a number of new business launches as well as significant engagement with clients that have included the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta, American Express, AT&T, GE Financial Assurance, Hilton, Home Depot, IBM, NASA, NASCAR and SeaWorld. Jim, a graduate of Skidmore College, is actively involved in the local community and has served on the boards of directors of Creative Place International, Saratoga PLAN, the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation and the Skidmore College Strategic Communications Advisory Board.
Mike Bucci, Chairman
Michael Bucci is former president and CEO of Armored Motor Service of America (AMSA), a Rochester-based company he started in 1977. By growing the company from one truck to over 400, with 1,300 employees, he has helped create one of the largest armored car companies in the Northeast. The company provided service to banks, retail and financial institutions as well as the Federal Reserve Bank. This success resulted in his appointment by Governor Pataki as chairman of the Armored Car Advisory Board for the State of New York. Mike is a Siena College alum, and currently serves on the institution’s board of trustees. He has hosted many Siena College alumni receptions and focus groups around the country. He used his talents to chair the Siena College Board of Associate Trustees' resources committee. He has also sponsored the Sarazen Golf Tournament and Siena Day at Saratoga for many years. Mike also serves on the boards for Sigl Sports and Roc. Mike has invested 30 years into the creation and operations aspects of national businesses. In 2003, he was recognized by the Rochester Community Foundation as Entrepreneur of the Year—cited for bringing the vision to create a company focused on a spirited entrepreneurial approach to development.
Alan Edstrom, Director of Sponsorships and Events
For more than twenty five years, Alan Edstrom has developed and produced programs and events for some of the most innovative companies across the United States ranging from Nickelodeon and Norwegian Cruise Lines, to the New York Hall of Science in Queens, New York, and the Staten Island Children’s Museum, as well as the $62 million Science Center and Children’s Museum Exploration Place. His expertise in the creative end is matched by his “rubber meets the road” skills with for profit as well as non-profit companies in marketing and public relations, fund raising, event management, and sponsorship development that put him in a rare class where he is able to understand how an idea goes from spark to stage and beyond. Capping off these skills, Alan has also been the touchstone to the communications for the success of these companies, developing short and long term strategies, strengthened by his work as a writer and columnist for numerous news organizations and publications, and is a professional magician and a member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Bob Bullock, Polo Announcer
Bob Bullock has been involved in equestrian sports since 1981, when he served as Director of Public Relations for Tri-Color Horse Shows in Camden, SC, a major A-rated horse show complex. Upon his return to New York's Capital Region in 1983, he began announcing horse shows and arena polo locally. He joined Saratoga Polo in 1987 as Director of Public Relations and soon became back-up announcer to the original "Voice of Saratoga Polo" Frank Dwyer. In the nearly two-and-a-half decades with Saratoga Polo, Bullock's articles and events have brought international attention to polo in Saratoga. Many still remember his concept for the world record distance attempt for champagne cork popping in the late 1980's.
Bullock became the new "Voice of Saratoga Polo" approximately 10 years ago. In addition to Saratoga Polo, he has been the announcer at the Greenwich Polo Club in Greenwich, CT and the Bridgehampton Polo Club in the Hamptons. Bullock has also announced charity matches throughout New York and New England and has done preliminary rounds of the U.S. Open. In addition to his polo background, he has three decades of experience as a senior executive in the private and public sectors and is a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel. Educationally, he earned his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
